"Southwest was great - we had trouble with a home warranty repair service and called in Manuel to see if he could tell us what was really going on - in just a few minutes he had the entire Pool up and running, diagnosing only a minor issue and NOT THE HUGE problem we had been led to believe existed. We paid a reasonable service charge, he communicated timely and came out in acceptable length of time (especially considering the bad weather this week) Yeah Manny ... you will always get our CALL!!"
